You must independently verify all official requirements — including photo sizes, file formats, document formats, and submission procedures — on the relevant official portal or with the relevant authority before submitting any document generated or processed using JaldiDocs.

3. No Guarantee of Acceptance

JaldiDocs does not guarantee that any photo, PDF, invoice, rent receipt, or other document created or processed using our tools will be accepted by any government portal, exam authority, employer, bank, or other institution. Requirements vary by organisation and can change without notice. Always verify with the receiving organisation.

4. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

JaldiDocs does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Tools such as the Invoice Maker and Rent Receipt Generator are basic formatting utilities only. For GST compliance, HRA claims, tax filings, or any legal document requirements, consult a qualified Chartered Accountant, tax professional, or lawyer.

5. User Responsibility

By using JaldiDocs, you agree that:

• You are responsible for verifying that any generated document meets the requirements of the intended recipient
• You will not use the tools for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
• You will not use the tools to create documents with false or misleading information

6. Limitation of Liability

JaldiDocs and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its tools, including but not limited to:

• Rejection of documents by any authority or institution
• Loss of data due to browser limitations or device issues
• Errors in tax calculations or invoice formats
• Any financial, legal, or reputational consequences of using generated documents

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Intellectual Property

The JaldiDocs brand, website design, original written content, and code are the intellectual property of JaldiDocs. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the website design or content without permission. The tool output (resized images, PDFs, invoices, etc.) belongs to you.

8. Free Service

JaldiDocs is currently a free service. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features, display non-intrusive advertising, or change the service offering in the future. The core tools will remain free to use.
